• How long does it take to process my order?

Since there are time differences between New York and Beijing, we usually take 24-48 hours to process the order.
• How long will it take to receive my order?

• Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

We have no MOQ, even if you buy one piece, you can also enjoy the factory price. You can try our product and service in an easy way.
• Can you make custom insert cards, packages for me?

Yes, we can put your thank you card or brand in the package. We offer custom brand packages, but the minimum order is 240 pieces for each style.

About Customized Services

For custom product, our normal process is：

Step 1: We need to understand your product requirements Step 2: After clarifying your needs we will give you a clear product quote and the corresponding work period Step 3: After confirming the partnership we will provide you with CAD drawings of the product for confirmation Step 4: After confirming the design, we will produce and send samples to you for physical confirmation Step 5: After confirming the sample is correct, we will give you the actual standard of the sample for bulk production

About how to custom, we need your assistance to provide the following product-related information:

01 Can you provide us with product design or sample drawings (preferably with clear size notes, so that we can restore your products according to your requirements)
02 We need to know the specific material of your products
03 We need to know the approximate number of products you need to customize
04 We need to clarify your approximate quality requirements for the product Note: We will charge a small fee during the plate-making process, but as long as the number of your products meets certain requirements we will refund your version in full (the exact number depends on the product and material).
